We're looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and secure overnight operation at our hotel. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has a knack for balancing numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Your Role as a Night Auditor:

• Financial Auditing and Reporting: Accurately reconcile and close financial accounts for all hotel departments, preparing detailed reports for management.

• Guest Services: Provide top-notch guest assistance with check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and special requests—making sure every guest feels valued and well cared for.

• Safety & Security: Conduct routine property walks, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure the safety and security of both guests and staff throughout the night.

• Cash Handling: Process payments, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure adherence to cash handling and accounting procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous hotel front desk or accounting experience is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and resolve them with precision.

• Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll need to handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, ensuring all requests are met with a smile.

• Problem-Solving Ability: A calm and resourceful demeanor, especially in emergency situations, will help you excel in this role.

• Ability to Work Independently: Enjoy the freedom of managing the night shift with minimal supervision, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
