Your Responsibilities

 

As New Business Solutions Manager for John Deere Financial (JDF) World Headquarters, located in Johnston, IA, you will engage JDF and Deere globally to: 

 

• Lead the JDF Innovation system, work with innovation vertical leads, champions and stakeholders to accelerate innovation, and measure and communicate the value of innovation at JDF. 
• Lead the efforts at JDF to search out new technology solutions through fintechs or other resources to accelerate new business models and other components of the JDF strategy.   
• Manage relationships with Deere stakeholders to influence and enable new business model outcomes.

What Skills You Need

 

• 4 or more years of demonstrated ability working in an ambiguous environment, developing and implementing business plans and driving results with defined value
• 4 or more years of experience in project management and business case development
• 4 or more years of experience leading cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders
• A mindset/passion for growth and innovation
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• A broad background of JDF’s products and operational processes
• Previous experience directly leading/supporting innovation efforts
• Previous experience leading the exploration and implementation of fintech solutions 
• Previous experience with technology accelerators
• Knowledge of Deere equipment, technology, services and business models
• Direct experience with John Deere customers and dealers
• Global experience understanding different markets and managing global efforts

Education

 

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Technology
