Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership (e.g., SPO, Dir, etc.). Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Position required skills:  Websphere, Jboss, Apache, and Tomcat; Building roadmaps and user story mapping using JIRA; Containerized platforms including Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift; Understanding and analyzing operational dashboards with incident, problem, and change data of all the products supported; Leveraging OKR and KPI’s to define, develop, and prioritize tasks; and Building OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) based on product features and product support/operational feedback on existing and new products.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $120,328.00 to $154,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
