Senior Business Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team.  This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead projects with notable risk and complexity; develop the overarching strategy for project execution and resource allocation.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements to recommend long-term system alternatives and architectural enhancements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; anticipate objections and persuade senior executives to adopt new strategic points of view.
• Utilize conceptual and innovative thinking to solve unique problems that impact customer and operational objectives across the division.
• Proactively monitor and anticipate internal/external business challenges, including vendor issues and regulatory changes, to institute preventive process improvements.
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through high-level research and a deep understanding of industry-standard requirements.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems and processes, with a particular focus on Oracle ERP HR modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proven experience in system design, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by applying new perspectives to existing solutions and exercising judgment based on multi-source data analysis.
• Demonstrable expert-level experience with Oracle ERP HR modules (e.g., Oracle EBS HRMS, Oracle Cloud HCM) including hands-on configuration, implementation, and support.
