We’re looking for a Shipping & Logistics Associate to help ensure our assistive speech devices are shipped accurately and reliably to the people who need them most. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a steady, hands-on environment where consistency and care matter just as much as efficiency.

As a Shipping & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail in the contents, packaging, and documentation within a timely manner.

• Re-ship undeliverable packages to ensure customers receive their equipment promptly.
