About the role

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Leasing Data Management, is responsible for data management for the Office Properties Leasing, including asset inventory, availability, and pricing. This role is also responsible for training leasing support staff, related data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory for all Office Properties assets, including the tracking of changes as well as reporting. This includes the management of the building measurement data.
  • Analyze leasing data to develop pricing strategies with Senior Management.
  • Serve as the Office representative in the design and development/refinement of Salesforce CRM
  • Lead the training of leasing support staff in building transactions, interfacing with legal, and completing transactions within company standards
  • Serve as the Leasing representative on lease expirations and sublease availabilities, and for Operations, Asset Management, Finance, and Legal departments on transaction structure and finalized contracts
  • Manage compliance with company-approved economics (guidelines) with authority to adjust as directed by senior management

Additional Skills:

  • Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator, Google Applications, BI, SAP, Auto CAD, Salesforce 

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or Business 

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

  • 7+ years
  • Accounting, Finance, or Business

 Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $99,200.00 - $144,000.00

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
