Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated professional in the field of human services to provide on-site job support for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. We’re looking for someone who is well-organized, adaptable, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This is a substitute position that may also provide support for other DS community-based roles beyond the Employment Team.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide direct job coaching and on-site support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Encourage independence while fostering dignity, respect, and inclusion in the workplace.
Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and NCSS team members to support successful employment outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively.


Qualifications:


High School diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation.
Knowledge of, or experience with, individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
