And this is where you come in.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager—a hands-on product leader who excels and is deeply motivated by identifying the right problems, independently driving multiple complex initiatives to strong user outcomes, and raising the bar for product thinking across the team. This role is for someone who personally owns and executes hard product work from 0 to launch. You are problem-first, comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and able to balance clarity and speed without analysis paralysis. You thrive in close partnership with design and engineering and turn fuzzy, high-stakes problem spaces into durable user and business impact through direct ownership and follow-through.

After a successful first year, you will

  • Own one or more core product areas end to end, shaping vision, strategy, and execution

  • Ship several high-impact initiatives that scale across users, teams, or systems—without sacrificing quality

  • Be a trusted thought partner in early, ambiguous phases of work, helping define the right bets before execution begins

  • Connect near-term initiatives to a longer-term product arc, clearly articulating what each bet unlocks next

  • Influence priorities beyond your immediate scope by framing tradeoffs and clarifying strategic implications

  • Be recognized as a bar raiser for clarity of thinking, strategic judgment, and cross-functional execution grounded in real customer insight

What you will do

  • Push hard on understanding the right problem and the underlying "why" before committing teams to execution

  • Lead large, complex initiatives from early ambiguity through launch and impact measurement

  • Think in systems and sequences—understanding how smaller bets fit into a bigger picture and what should come next

  • Use data and customer insight to challenge assumptions and change minds, not just validate existing plans

  • Conduct customer discovery and field visits to identify high-impact opportunities where we can deliver outsized value

  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Data and Design to solve technical and product problems day to day

  • Ship more while maintaining a high bar for quality, judgment, and long-term product health

  • Help other PMs clarify problems and sharpen their thinking through coaching and collaboration

Who you are

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and enterprise environments

  • Experience operating in scale-up contexts, shipping products as systems and teams grow

  • Strong strategic instincts with the ability to zoom out for context and zoom in to drive execution

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously on large, ambiguous, high-impact areas

  • Problem-driven with clear, structured thinking and strong product judgment

  • Track record of taking hard problems from start to finish while maintaining quality

  • Strong communicator with engineering partners, able to reason through technical tradeoffs

  • A multiplier for the product organization through influence, mentoring, and example

  • Comfortable with regular travel, approximately once per month, to support customer engagement and cross functional collaboration.

Bonus points for one or more of the following

  • Experience building products across Android, iOS, backend, and web

  • Familiarity with hardware-adjacent integrations or complex system dependencies

  • Experience with mobile-first, multi-platform, or AI-powered products

  • Using AI tools or platforms to be more effective in product work
