JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the management of entertainment technical staff and Audio/Video technical crew for the Atlantic City operation.

**Atlantic City Operations
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees the repair and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment in all areas of responsibility, also ensuring adequate inventory of spare parts.
- Assists the regional Director of Entertainment in preparing and monitoring the department’s budget and P&L. Records expenditures, charts budget variances and submits to the Director of Entertainment.
- Ensures the flawless execution of the technical aspect of shows in the most efficient manner
- Analyzes and makes recommendations to management ensuring shows and entertainment venues are cost effective and running efficient
- Oversees all Internal A/V sales and coordinates final billing with Convention Services
- Oversees Hotel Cable, In-Room and Televisions Systems including Caesars Corporate Network Systems for properties.
- Creates floor plans for events and obtains necessary permits as required.
- Manages entertainment technical initiatives for the Atlantic City region and works with Convention Services, Food & Beverage, Facilities and Marketing to ensure productivity and customer service standards are met.
- Prepares and manages all entertainment technical invoices and requisitions
- Responsible for payroll administration for Technicians.
- Responsible for monthly inter-departmental charge-backs.
- Communicates and coordinates with all internal departments on a daily basis to fulfill all entertainment technical needs.
- Assists in the development and implementation of departmental procedures.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, counseling, scheduling of all technical staff
- Holds staff accountable for utmost in customer service interdepartmentally and during direct customer service interactions.
- Provide for the training, safe working conditions and welfare of Entertainment employees in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies, union guidelines and applicable EEO and OSHA regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a casino & entertainment theater environment. Five years of experience in audio visual production, live stage sound and lighting production. Two years’ supervisory experience in similar large‐scale entertainment venue or live event touring. Knowledge of event operations, A/V maintenance, and entertainment venue management required. Exceptional Microsoft Suite proficiency, experience in other computer software programs including AutoCad, Vectorworks, and Adobe Suite a plus. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department. Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures. Ability to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
