Through programs like the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), we support individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions by giving them greater control over their care and services.


We are seeking dedicated CDPAP Customer Support Representatives to join our team and assist consumers in navigating and managing the program. The CDPAP Customer Care Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals enrolled in the program. This involves providing education, guidance, and administrative support to ensure that consumers can successfully manage their personal care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and online platforms.
  • Assist consumers and Personal Assistants with the program’s enrollment process and it’s timekeeping 
  • and compliance requirements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and document all communication in the 
  • Educate consumers about program guidelines, policies and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support and resolution of concerns.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, social services, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and productivity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management; experience with healthcare or CDPAP systems 
  • a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Strong math skills.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs.
  • Must be able to support a work-from-home setup and have a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Must be able to attend both virtual and in-person training and meetings as required for the position. 
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language a plus.
