Pay Rate: $23.67/hr., minimum (Dependent on experience)
Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, Swing shift
Position Type: Full-Time
PURPOSE
To produce food according to the Vista specifications in a timely fashion. To keep the Vista kitchen in a safe and organized condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fabricating and cooking all broiled proteins to ticket temperature requests.
- Preparing and completing all tasks on daily station line prep lists.
- Ensuring your product par levels are adequate for the day’s service needs.
- Communicating with other stations on the line to ensure proper table ticket times are met.

- Maintain proper cleanliness of broiler and station.
- Follow proper sanitation and food rotation procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Two (2) years Broiler cooking in a high-end steakhouse.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of meat and seafood cuts.
- Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operation of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc.
