Associate Director of Investments

Overview

Associate Director of Investments for Campus Apartments, LLC. May work remotely but will report to HQ location in Philadelphia, PA. Investment Research: conduct research + analysis to assist in the identification + evaluation of target markets. Deal review: assemble + modify cash flow projections utilizing proprietary Excel-based model. Investment Memoranda: create presentations + investment memoranda to support various acquisition, development, + asset management initiatives. Asset Management: conduct financial analyses to identify + evaluate opportunities to improve portfolio performance. Development: prepare + coordinate RFQ/RFP response packages for public-private partnership opportunities. Little national travel involved to tour student housing markets and evaluate investment prospects. May undergo background checks incl drug screening and motor vehicle record check. May require pre-hire Excel-based skills test. Salary $85,280.00 to $100,188.14 per year.

Must have Masters in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Real Estate Development or related field and 2 yrs relevant experience in multifamily or student housing development.
