Director of Finance (Healthcare Experience Required)- Hybrid

Summary: 
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance with a background in the healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare finance and regulatory requirements. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This position offers two days of remote flexibility per week after initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve organizational goals
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team
• Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
• Lead and support financial planning and analysis activities
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed
