What You Will Do
Performs maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
Trouble shoot and repair electronic and mechanical problems on equipment.
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and plumbing.
Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
Performs machine repair and general preventative maintenance on equipment in compliance with preventative maintenance programs.
Provides support in the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
Maintains all paperwork to document repair and preventative maintenance work completed.
Complies with SOP’s (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications, and safety policies.
May perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Learn

You'll become skilled at diagnosing problems when equipment or systems malfunction. This often involves understanding how different components work together and using diagnostic tools to identify issues.
You'll learn how to perform repairs and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in good working order. This might involve tasks like replacing parts, calibrating equipment, or conducting routine inspections.
Qualifications You Must Have
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience in electrical systems or mechanical systems or hydraulics or pneumatics.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
