Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Enablement, Operations, BizTech, & GTM leadership advising on the best way to achieve our Revenue team’s business goals from a process methodology and enablement perspective.
The ideal candidate is an experienced problem-solver with a passion for enhancing sales performance and driving results. This role will focus on optimizing the tools, processes, and strategies that empower our Revenue employees and leaders to excel in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. By connecting sales teams with the right resources at the right time and championing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness, this individual will play a pivotal role in enabling productivity at scale.
The Sales Productivity Specialist will specifically support the Revenue department and will be a critical contributor to its success. You will focus on streamlining processes, driving clarity through actionable insights, and ensuring teams have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. With exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence, you will have the autonomy to design and implement new systems, programs, and initiatives that enhance sales productivity and elevate organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose productivity challenges within the Revenue organization, collaborating cross-functionally to develop and roll out impactful solutions over time.
- Leverage data and storytelling to create impactful, data-driven presentations and resources that enhance sales productivity and align teams on key initiatives.
- Partner with RevOps and the Revenue Leaders to effectively communicate process and tool changes to the broader Revenue organization.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve the effectiveness and adoption of productivity programs.
- Support ad hoc Enablement team initiatives, including training sessions, technology rollouts, and other projects designed to enhance the efficiency of the Revenue organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, playing a key role in change management by ensuring smooth adoption of new strategies, tools, and processes.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in experience in a operations, biztech, and or enablement
- Comfortable in Revenue tooling (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience working with complexity, where you can identify and drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders and many moving parts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring operational excellence.
- A strong collaborator across multiple departments, teams, leadership levels, and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information.
- Ready and willing to jump in, learn, and get stuff done.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Open to feedback and willing to look at programs with a critical eye while adapting to changing business priorities
