Service Delivery Manager

This role is a key part of the <b>Cision Insights</b> team, focused on ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of our Insights products and services. The position involves working collaboratively with in-house teams and third-party providers to meet business goals and exceed customer expectations. <h3>Duties and responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li><b>Vendor Performance Analysis:</b> Evaluate vendor deliveries to ensure alignment with Cision client requirements.</li><li><b>Issue Escalation:</b> Work closely with managers and internal teams to address and resolve any challenges, ensuring customer needs are consistently met.</li><li><b>Data Management:</b> Record data accurately and create detailed reports for internal and external use.</li><li><b>Vendor Collaboration:</b> Lead and manage weekly meetings with vendors to maintain quality and address performance.</li><li><b>Process Optimization:</b> Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in processes and services delivered.</li><li><b>Automation Oversight:</b> Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support and oversee the automation of key processes.</li></ul> <h3>Essential Skills and Experience:</h3> <ul> <li><b>Education:</b> Degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li><b>Languages:</b> <b>Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.</b></li><li><b>Experience:</b> At least 2 years of experience working independently and meeting deadlines.</li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b></li><li>Proficiency in Excel is required.</li><li>Experience with Power BI and working with vendors is a plus.</li><li><b>Data Enthusiast:</b> A strong interest in working with data.</li><li><b>Soft Skills:</b> Strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and a high sense of responsibility.</li></ul> <h3>What You Will Get:</h3> <ul> <li>Meal allowance</li><li>Pension Plan</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Cision Global Charitable Giving Program</li><li>Headspace Wellbeing App</li></ul><b>If this sounds like the right opportunity for you and you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you!</b><b> </b><b>#LI-FR1</b><b>#LI-Hybrid</b>
