R&D Commercialization Manager (m/w/d)

 

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Ornua Foods Germany Commercialization Manager role is focused on the commercialization/industrialization and delivery of Ornua Foods Germany local projects and business change programs, to provide agreed business benefits.  Working with cross-functional leaders and experts, both internally, externally, locally, and internationally to deliver projects with tangible business benefits.  Developing project management skills and change management practices across the business, whilst also implementing stage gate, prioritization and project tracking processes and information flows.

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
•    Owns the Innovation commercialization process in all aspects to ensure smooth, on-time, and successful launches.
•    Manage Ornua Foods Germany innovation, renovation, modification and value engineering projects from idea to launch.
•    Manages and commercializes all change projects, not inclusive to Innovation (including Global Brands initiatives) 
•    Owns project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases.
•    Adheres to and champions PMO standards for project management.
•    Communicate with cross-functional team and stakeholders for project needs, updates, risks, and timing.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
•    Undergraduate degree required.
•    1-3 years in a medium to large organization, preference to CPG
•    2-4 years of disciplined project management experience
•    Experience with stage gate, stakeholder management, leading cross-functional teams, risk/scope/schedule management.
•    Soft skills desired: adaptability, initiative, communicative, forward thinking, 
•    Currently holding or actively pursuing a project management certification (CAPM, PMP)
•    General understanding of supply chain, procurement, marketing and innovation, sales and finance functions
•    Very good German language skills 
•    Very good communication skills (German and English)
