Sr. Contract Coordinator – Office of Toll Operations – Toll Systems Support & Maintenance

 

This position plays an important role in the agency by reviewing contract invoice submittals for completeness, compliance and accuracy while ensuring that all documentation is audit-ready and maintained in accordance with retention requirements.

Annual Salary Range:

$56,859.32 - $73,582.65

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Reviews contract invoice submittals for completeness, compliance and accuracy. Ensures all required supporting documentation is included and that invoices align with contract terms, payment milestones, and Department standards. Compiles performance data from the associated toll systems databases and applies invoice impact assessments based on contractual terms.

 

Coordinates and routes invoice packages internally for review and prepares final package for formal submission and approval. Once approved, routes all invoices through the appropriate systems, including MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP), Ariba on Demand (AOD), Consultant Invoice Transmittal System (CITS), and SharePoint, for timely and accurate processing. Ensures that all documentation is audit-ready and maintained in accordance with retention requirements.

 

Coordinates directly with contractors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies.

 

Tracks spending and encumbrances against approved budgets. Monitors remaining balances and prepares monthly expenditure reports to support internal financial oversight. Coordinates with the Toll Systems Program Manager, Toll Business Analyst Manager, Project Managers, Maintenance M
