Child Watch Associate (Part-Time)

Do you enjoy working with children? Are you available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays? If so, please consider applying to the Child Watch Associate position and joining the Greendale Family Branch YMCA team! 

The Greendale Family Branch of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts is looking for caring and dependable Child Watch Staff who possess initiative, strong communications skills and human relation skills for interaction with members, youth and parents. The successful candidate is responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for Y children and their families, and watch over children in the child watch area while their parents/families use YMCA facilities. 

Requirements: 

• Provide care and interact with children and youth in a positive manner
•  Must be at least 16 years of age, 
• CPR/AED certified for child and infant
• Thoroughly familiar with the program guidelines and procedures after Prefer applicants with experience in working with children

Schedule: Let us know your availability! Currently looking for caring fun and compassionate individuals who are available for any or all of the following shifts:

• Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am - 11:00 am & 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Saturdays, 9:00 am - 11:00 am 

Pay: $15.00 per hour. Plus, access to YMCA facilities for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave
