Join our Credit team to drive cross-functional projects, aligning credit operations with company goals and enhancing process efficiency. You'll support credit department leadership through project management, data analytics, and process documentation.

What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Lead projects from concept to implementation, bridging communication with IS, Operations, Sales, Legal and L&D teams. Identify project gaps, track progress, and manage project communications.
- Data Analytics: Develop and maintain tools for risk analysis, support data cleanup, and collaborate on reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Draft, update, and clarify SOPs and instructional materials, coordinating with L&D and ensuring updates are effectively communicated.
Additional responsibilities for Senior:
- Coach, counsel, train, and mentor less experienced credit employees and new hires, to maximize effectiveness and to best achieve Association objectives.
- Identifies areas of improvements and inefficiencies in procedures and tools and suggests solutions
- Assists Credit Operations Manager in determining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, B
