About Integral Care Home Care
Integral Care Home Care is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Morristown. This is a fast-paced position that is essential to ensuring our clients receive outstanding care and our caregivers have the support they need to succeed.
Position Summary
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for staffing new and existing home care cases, communicating with caregivers and clients’ families, resolving scheduling and service issues, and ensuring every case is staffed appropriately. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Staff new and existing home care cases with qualified caregivers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and their families.
* Communicate with caregivers and families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Resolve caregiver, client, and family issues promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate schedule changes, call-outs, vacations, and emergency coverage.
* Ensure all client shifts are covered while maintaining continuity of care.
* Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers as needed.
* Maintain accurate caregiver schedules, availability, and documentation.
* Work closely with nurses and the intake team to coordinate new admissions and ongoing care.
* Provide outstanding customer service and follow up to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
* Previous home care, staffing, scheduling, customer service, recruiting, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
* Experience using HHAeXchange is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable speaking with caregivers, clients, and families throughout the day.
* Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
