Responsibilities
•    Evaluate existing IT systems, business models, and analyze systems requirements
•    Implement, configure and test solutions
•    Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from stakeholders
•    Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues 
•    Work closely with various departments to improve systems and provide valuable technical insights
•    Ensure compliance to regulatory standards


Qualifications
•    Minimum 5 years in Data/Business Analyst/QA field
•    Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
•    Strong knowledge of Network Automation tools and processes
•    Strong knowledge of Network technologies
•    Strong technical acumen and analytical skills
•    Strong ability to troubleshoot complex networking problems
•    Strong ability to analyze large, complex, or vague Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations
•    Strong ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications
•    Strong ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
•    Strong analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, research and problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•    Effective time management skills and a proven track record of meeting various deadlines
•    Ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects, initiatives, and deliverables
•    Strong formal business writing skills
•    Strong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office products for reporting and analytics
