Job Description

The Digital SEM specialist will utilize their expertise and ability to stay on top of digital trends to ensure our clients grow their leads.  A problem solver and an analytically-minded go getter, they will measure and report on important client KPIs to make the best media recommendations possible. This role will be part of the newly formed Center Of Excellence (COE) group which will help our clients reach targeted candidates outside of typical programmatic solutions. 

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize Google Keyword Planner tools to complete budget research and conduct SEM keyword targeting and budget research.  
• Analyze and present daily, weekly, and monthly campaign analysis with a high level of quality assurance and use of optimization best practices. 
• Efficiently manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
• Primary responsibility is managing daily Google, Microsoft, and Programmatic Display advertising campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience with Programmatic Advertising (Geofencing, Digital Display) is preferred but not required. 
• Strong ad copy writing skills with experience in A/B ad testing.  
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data manipulation tools. 
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Positive attitude and the ability to create and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and clients.   

Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Agency environment. 
• Certification on Google Ads (Search), other Google certifications are a plus. 
• Certification on Microsoft/Bing Ads a plus. 

Work Location and Schedule

• This is a hybrid position with work completed in one of our office locations and a remote home office. 
• Typical schedules will be three days working in the office location and the remainder of week from home, however, may vary based on business or work/life balance needs.
