Enterprise Architect

<p>At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a <strong>Enterprise Architect </strong>to join our UniQue team in Brussels. </p><p><strong>What will you be doing in this role?</strong></p><ul> <li>Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.</li> <li>Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and manage priorities.</li> <li>Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and increase business value.</li> <li>Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.</li> <li>Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.</li> <li>Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.</li> <li>Implement the applications based on the architecture.</li> <li>Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.</li> <li>Provide advice to policymakers on digital implications of policy proposals.</li> <li>Support the units in implementing the corporate data governance and management practices.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the methodological approach for digital-ready policymaking and technology adoption.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What will you be bringing to the team?</strong></p><ul> <li>Hold a Master's Degree</li> <li>Have at least 15 years of experience in IT overall.</li> <li>At least <strong>10 years of expertise</strong> in <strong>process management</strong>, <strong>functional analysis</strong>, <strong>enterprise architecture</strong> and <strong>data modelling</strong>. </li> <li>Minimum <strong>5 years</strong> of specific expertise <strong>corporate components of architecture</strong>.</li> <li>Proven knowledge and practical experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as <strong>TOGAF</strong>, <strong>COBIT,</strong> and <strong>Zachman.</strong> </li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as <strong>ArchiMate</strong>, <strong>BPMN</strong>, and similar.</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as <strong>ARIS</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>XML</strong> and <strong>XSD.</strong> </li> <li>Ability to give business and technical presentations.</li> <li>Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.</li> <li>Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
