About the Team

Reporting into the WW Revenue Operations leader for Planning, Analytics and Field Operations, this role will manage the Field Operations and planning functions. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, programs, and operational oversight to ensure efficient execution of the HashiCorp WW business and ecosystem.  This role will lead cross-functional efforts within HashiCorp related to organizational design, input on sales compensation plans, establishing and carrying out sales cadence aligned to VP of Sales for theaters, cross functional support w/ Sales Strategy + Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Emerging Products, Customer Success, and System Engineering teams.   

As an operations leader, you'll critically think through strategic issues and communicate to senior team members one minute and crunch the numbers the next. What you’ll do (responsibilities): 

  • Lead operations managers AND/OR people managers responsible for operations support within the WW GEO.
  • Partners with Sales leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the sales team
  • Work collaboratively with our sales, marketing, finance and operations teams, to help optimize our sales funnel and achieve growth
  • Partner with the Sales Strategy, Finance and HR to craft, document, implement and supervise sales compensation plans
  • Drive continuous improvement across WW sales planning, strategy, process, tools and process while automating processes to provide efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and teams to develop and implement sales management disciplines and processes (territory assignment & reviews, weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation)
  • Aligned build of dashboards and scorecard models and systems to supervise key business measurements and imperatives
  • Establish consistent processes and operational tools to support forecasting of the Enterprise business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Assist w/ creation of enablement materials and communications for both internal teams and x-functional teams related to new RevOps tools / dashboards / policies.  
  • Clari, Database management
  • Visualization and  report design
  • Sophisticated knowledge in business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma)
  • Reporting, dashboard and metrics

What you’ll need (basic qualifications): 

    • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, engineering or operations preferred
    • Significant Revenue Operations experience in the software industry
    • Detail oriented / Strong planning capabilities
    • Strong understanding of sales and supporting business functions
    • Experience leading operational / strategic initiatives and organizational change
    • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications
    • Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and creative problem solving in a real-time, fast-paced sales environment
    • Need to be available during month end and quarter-end for sales and system support
    • Travel will be required for kickoff meetings / QBR’s

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$239,700$282,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$219,700$258,500 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro)
