About the RoleWe are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Director of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations to join our People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this critical leadership role is responsible for the design and execution of our global Total Rewards strategy and for leading HR operations globally. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in compensation, benefits, HR systems, and compliance, along with a passion for leading teams and building scalable, data-driven, people-centric programs. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on the employee experience, operational excellence, and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTotal Rewards Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the design and execution of global compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage compensation frameworks including base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to educate leaders on compensation framework
  • Oversee the annual rewards cycle: merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refresh planning.
  • Manage global benefits strategy in partnership with brokers and vendors; ensure packages are competitive and aligned with local market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and internal governance policies.
  • Drive compensation benchmarking (e.g., Radford surveys) and market competitiveness reviews.
  • Prepare and present materials for the Board Compensation Committee and executive leadership in a clear, compelling format.
HR Operations
  • Lead HR operations ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data integrity across all processes.
  • Manage HRIS (Oracle) and oversee system design, integrations, compliance, and reporting.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data sharing and operations alignment.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate complex HR operations data and policies to large employee populations across regions.
    Leadership & Collaboration
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CPO and senior leadership on Total Rewards, HR technology, and operational effectiveness.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across rewards, HRIS, and operations functions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and People Business Partners to support business needs and inform decisions with analytics.
    • Lead or support M&A efforts including due diligence, compensation harmonization, and systems integration.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization, including preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and broad employee communications.
    QualificationsRequired
    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles focused on Total Rewards and/or HR Operations.
    • Deep expertise in global compensation, benefits strategy, and execution.
    • Strong HR operations experience across multiple geographies, including compliance, audit, data privacy, and systems.
    • High-level experience with payroll processes and compliance frameworks.
    • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analytics, scenario planning) and PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling).
    • Proven experience with focal and equity review cycles, board-level reporting, and compensation committee support.
    • 5+ years of experience leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage high-impact, cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership and large, diverse employee groups.
    Preferred
    • Experience in a technology-driven, high-growth, or private equity-backed organization.
    • Familiarity with global benefits management, including Open Enrollment and emerging market benefits programs.
    • Experience with HRIS (Oracle), ATS, and systems integration.
    • M&A experience to include due diligence, HR systems alignment, compensation and benefits harmonization.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
