Primarily Remote Business Analyst (AI & ML Focus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical teams, helping to define, analyze, and deliver data-driven AI solutions that create measurable business impact.
Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must have an Active Public Trust or ability to obtain This role is primarily remote with onsite work occurring 1-2 times a month in the Northern VA areaSalary: $100-120k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where ML and AI can add value.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data and technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform AI model development.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to support model design, testing, deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and maintain product requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of AI and ML solutions.
• Stay current on AI/ML trends, tools, and industry best practices; share recommendations with the team.

Requirements:

• Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must have an Active Public Trust or ability to obtain
• 6+ years related work experience
• 2+ years experience supporting AI/ML or Data Analytics projects
