Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain assigned general ledger accounts by preparing journal entries and reconciliations, researching discrepancies, and resolving open items.</li> <li>Support treasury activities through bank reconciliations, payment preparation, and review of cash receipts and disbursements.</li> <li>Manage fixed asset and prepaid expense accounting, including schedules, depreciation or amortization, and related reconciliations.</li> <li>Prepare payroll accounting and related headcount, wage, and expense reporting.</li> <li>Serve as a key contributor to month-end close by completing assigned procedures, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting entries.</li> <li>Maintain accurate accounting records and payment information, support audit requests, and help improve accounting processes and control</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:</p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of general accounting, finance, or related business experience</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of Excel (including use of formulas/functions (VLOOKUP, IF, etc.), pivot tables, power query, and ability to sort and analyze data sets to identify errors)</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems, preferred</li> <li>SQL knowledge, preferred</li> <li>Confident working with internal and external customers</li> <li>Working knowledge of GAAP</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
