Arthrex is actively seeking a Customer Data Administrator II who works directly with the Sales Operations departments within Arthrex to create and maintain key Master Data records within Arthrex’s ERP and Salesforce.com platforms as per policy, work instructions, and business rules. This is an onsite role with a hybrid work form home schedule.  It requires flexible work hours and some travel may be required to the Naples Headquarters.

 

Main Objective:

Create and maintain key Master Data records within Arthrex’s ERP and Salesforce.com platforms as per policy, work instructions, and business rules. The role will heavily liaise with the Operations department, Sales Organization, Sales Agencies, and other cross-functional teams.  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for creating and maintaining Arthrex master data records within SAP and Salesforce.com.
• Certify and improve data accuracy on an ongoing basis to be as close to 100% accurate as possible.
• Responsible for providing advanced level support for master data services and processes. 
• Assist the Sales Operations Support team in the creation of policies and procedures aimed at standard data governance for all aspects of customer master data within the Arthrex ERP, Salesforce.com and Arthrex custom software services.
• Coordinates and executes agency transfers and terminations.
• Support user management for both internal and external users in systems as required. 
• Advanced knowledge of Arthrex Business Portal and other custom software to assist in technical support for all internal and external users.
• Anticipate problems, identify root causes, and be proactive about preventing issues from occurring for all aspects of master data.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of database systems, working with IT, software developers, and all internal and external software users.
• Provide cross departmental support by monitoring SAP, Salesforce.com and Arthrex Business Portal for discrepancies and involving the necessary teams to resolve issues.
• Actively communicate with Arthrex Agencies and internal and external users to support various Master Data Services initiatives.
• Maintain the department’s Organizational Chart, contact list, and agency information.
• Responsible for training of Business Portal and other various Master Data Services processes.
• Participate and lead projects to enhance the data accuracy and monitoring of Arthrex’s ERP and Salesforce.com platforms as per policy, work instructions, and business rules.
• Travel up to 20% may be required. 
• Required to work flexible hours as needed.
