As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring
exceptional service and satisfaction. You will handle customer interactions, process orders,
address inquiries, and provide comprehensive support in a professional and timely manner.


Job Qualification Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, graphic design, business
applications, and sales, leveraging these skills to enhance operational efficiency and customer
satisfaction. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage
diverse customer interactions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and tact. Proficiency in
computer applications is required, with a particular focus on database management, data
analysis, and sales reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  •  Deliver a high-quality customer experience by managing incoming and outgoing calls, written correspondence, and follow-ups on all customer concerns.
  • Provide administrative support to Mahaska customers and employees.
  • Process customer service requests, including order entry, pricing adjustments, order tracking, and maintenance.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Assist in managing office duties and providing logistical support to drivers.
  • Utilize graphic design and business applications to support various company functions.
  • Contribute to sales efforts through effective customer engagement and support.

This position is based at our Des Moines, Iowa facility and requires occasional travel to our
Oskaloosa, Iowa location.
