About the role: 

As a Financial Professional with Osaic, you will provide clients with tailored financial solutions, including investment, insurance, and advisory services. You’ll build and maintain client relationships while delivering guidance aligned with regulatory standards and firm-approved offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and sell Osaic-approved investment and insurance products
• Deliver required disclosures and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (SEC, FINRA, etc.)
• Educate clients on financial products, strategies, and market conditions
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing advisory support
• Maintain accurate records and follow firm policies and procedures
• Stay current with continuing education and licensing requirements

Requirements

Qualifications: 

•  Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of financial products (investments, insurance, advisory services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize, and work independently
• Understanding of financial planning and investment strategies
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear recommendations
• Commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance
