It is a senior governance and strategy position within the Chief of Staff Office, built around Azurity's Management System — the operating discipline that allows a fast-growing pharmaceutical company to execute at scale.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You will work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff, acting as a genuine strategy partner: asking the right questions, holding execution to a high standard, and giving leadership a clear, reliable view of what is actually happening across the business.
