HR Data & Security Business Partner

As an HR Data & Security Business Partner, you’ll be the business technology lead for HR Security. HR Technology Business Partners design and improve business processes, document business requirements for technology needs, provide technology support and triage, act as Data Owners to ensure data quality, and implement privacy and security standards. They are also responsible for coordinating user acceptance testing, acting as the subject matter expert and point of contact for their functional area for all data and technology initiatives, and assesses and communicates changes related to technology efforts.

• You can effectively manage the demand for technology enhancements within your functional area by analyzing and prioritizing requests, implementing strategies to optimizing resource utilization and balance competing priorities, while advancing the HR strategic goals.
• You can analyze, design, and optimize business processes through gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and partnering with IT to implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• You can effectively design and deliver technology enhancements by collaborating with IT and defining functional requirements, conducting thorough testing to ensure alignment with requirements, serving as the point of contact to troubleshoot issues, and coordinating resolution and escalation with IT as necessary.
• You can apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems, utilizing a variety of problem-solving techniques and strategies.
• You can effectively collaborate with individuals and teams from different departments or areas of expertise by leveraging communication skills, active listening, and empathy to build strong working relationships, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust, and achieving shared goals and objectives.
• You are familiar with Workday security or general security management responsibilities and have a strong understanding of HR processes and data.

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $86,712-$138,739

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
