Parts Counter

Do you enjoy finding the right part for your customer? Are you a detail oriented, go getter who knows or wants to learn about truck parts? All Roads Trucks/West End in Ellicott City is searching for a Parts Counter Rep to assist our customers. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus!  Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm and pay is $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in selecting required parts
2. Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
3. Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
4. Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
5. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully    apply them in daily activities.
6. Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
7. All other duties as assigned
