FP&A Manager (Part-Time/Temp/Contract)

We are looking for a Part-Time/Temp/Contract FP&A Manager to join our Finance Team!

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain Phantom AI’s financial model and maintain our internal compliance across all our organization
• Establish and maintain industry best practices in reporting and analytics to all our stakeholders
• Manage the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes along with the leadership team of the company
• Investigate variances between actuals and forecasts to understand trends and potential risks and opportunities for PhantomAI.
• Coordinate with marketing, accounting, engineering and various information holders to collect, organize and analyze company data. Ensure data sanity check and data tracking requirements are in place.
• Visualize and present key metrics on an ongoing basis to various stakeholders across the company.
• Participate to the month-end finance closing along with the accounting manager in order to produce the finance statement and dashboard
• Track SaaS business KPIs, and perform analyses to drive strategic recommendations. 

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field
• 5-7 years relevant experience in FP&A (preferably at a startup), management consulting, accounting or investment banking
• Experience in owning and managing operating expense, headcount, and financial modeling including unit economics modeling and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles is mandatory and consolidation an advantage
• Enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
  Advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills and experience working with data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Tableau, Sage or NetSuite management tools helpful
• Knowledge of VBA is a requirement and Python/JS is a plus
• Business acumen and knowledge of functional elements which are important for business profitability in order to influence, drive and positively impact business results
• A strong problem solver and communicator who can work cross-functionally and explain complex concepts to non-financial audiences
• Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently
• High standard for integrity required for exposure to confidential company performance data
• Must be in office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
