To support the delivery process and stability of our products, we can also count on our Product Support team, QA team, and SRE team who, alongside our Product and People team, Director/Architect and VP Engineering, are constantly looking to overcome new challenges, to innovate, and to ensure the success of our products and satisfaction of our customers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact? </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver software solutions that meet customer needs quickly and efficiently - you know how to apply the 80/20 rule </li> <li>Work on enhancing our products to deliver outstanding performance and value to our customers </li> <li>Create high-quality code with a well-structured and maintainable design </li> <li>Keep our codebase tested and secure </li> <li>Profiling and benchmarking our codebase to identify bottlenecks - you are interested in running regular benchmarks </li> <li>Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, logging, and e2e testing - you have a you-build-it-you-run-it mentality </li> <li>Providing guidance to other developers and act as a mentor for juniors </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experienced Backend Engineer</strong> – You bring 5+ years of backend software development experience, building reliable and scalable systems in production environments.</li> <li><strong>Container-Native</strong> – You’re comfortable working with containerized microservices, and debugging in Docker or similar environments is second nature.</li> <li><strong>Linux Pro</strong> – You thrive in Linux-based environments and are at home in the terminal.</li> <li><strong>Modern Backend Stack</strong> – Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
