Your New Role:

CNN is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence and efficiency for the Product Marketing team in Growth, which is part of our Digital Products & Services division. This role’s focus will be building, streamlining, tracking, and managing cross-functional workflows, resources, and processes that serve end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution across product marketing surfaces on web, in the Apple and Google apps, and across CTV. This role will support the execution of product marketing initiatives that reach audiences across the full funnel, in service of driving consumers to engage, subscribe, and retain over time.
The ideal candidate will also facilitate team onboarding, training, and performance reporting, helping to ensure smooth operations between all functions that collaborate closely with Product Marketing, including Product, Design, Content Design/UX, Data, Research, Brand, Media, and Comms teams.

Your Role Accountabilities:
 Marketing Operating Rhythms:
o Develop, oversee, and implement marketing operating rhythms to ensure alignment across the marketing team and support cross-functional consistency.
o Facilitate regular updates, team meetings, and syncs to maintain momentum on marketing initiatives.

 End-to-End Campaign Process Development:
o Manage key marketing initiatives and coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies on product surfaces.
o Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

 Marketing Documentation Ownership
o Own and maintain all marketing documentation processes, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
o Create and manage a centralized repository for campaign briefs, playbooks, and post-campaign performance analyses.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or project management, preferably in a B2C subscription-based business.
• Demonstrated understanding of the product development process, from ideation to go-to-market launch.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams, including major product or feature launches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects of various size and scope simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions, departments and seniority levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
• Self-starter mindset with an eye toward process improvement and optimization.
• Ability to think strategically, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
