CleanSlate is a nationwide medical group providing office-based outpatient treatment for the America’s crisis of addiction. We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient substance abuse treatment center located in Greenfield! This position entails the initiation and maintenance of medication assisted treatment primarily, but not exclusively for opioid and alcohol dependence.
