We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Metal Tradesman/General Laborer to support shop fabrication and assembly of metal products. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Metal Tradesman/General Laborer to support shop fabrication and assembly of metal products. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and offload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick up and deliver parts locally as needed
- Receive, inspect, and check in materials, parts, and components
- Move and stage materials/parts/components throughout the shop floor
- Cut, bevel, and prep pipe, plate, and steel for fabrication
- Assist with bolt-up and assembly of pipe spools and miscellaneous components for pressure testing and final assembly of modules
- Prepare shipments, including packaging delicate items and loose components
- Maintain shop organization, including housekeeping and proper tool storage
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in every task
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a shop, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not always required)
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
