Associate Director, BB2024AD

Associate Director, Enterprise Solutions, FactSet Research Systems Inc., Norwalk, CT: Manage a team of engineers or projects within the Enterprise Solutions department. Coordinate with Engineering and Product Development leadership to define goals and resource needs.  Work with management team, Product Managers, Software Engineers and other teams to map resource demands to individual projects and groups and participate in regular business planning sessions. Optimize organizational structure of department, making changes where necessary to insert leadership and support scale.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field and at least 8 years of software engineering experience. Must have experience with the following; Salesforce CRM, Web Services, SOQL/SQL, Workbench, Functional, Integration and Regression testing, Test scenario and scripts design, Effort Estimation and Resource Allocation, Risk and Gap analysis and Requirement Management/Requirement Traceability, Salesforce Automation Framework (Flow), Salesforce Applications (Tableau CRM), Sales Integrated/Managed App (Hubspot, ActionGrid).  Must have full software engineering lifecycle experience.

Basic pay range is One hundred seventy thousand dollars to two hundred thousand dollars per year for full –time employment (Mon. – Fri. 9-5).
