(USA) Manager, Marketing Operations

Position Summary...

We’re looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations, who will be responsible for marketing and project or tools, implementing marketing processes and working cross functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams or Agencies. A successful candidate would be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

What you'll do...

You will make an impact by: 

• Having an extensive skillset in AirTable, Workfront, and SharePoint. 

• Proactively identify potential issues and risks in Marketing process, and develop and implement preventative measures. 

• Manage relationships with vendor counterparts through weekly working sessions, identifying opportunities within the tool, and collaborating on solutions. 

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams. 

• Work closely with product team to understand product roadmap and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates.  

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have: 

• A strong track record of driving collaborative success 

• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Marketing, Operations, or similar) 
• Effective communication skills – you’re equally comfortable meeting with a new potential partner, leading a process training session, or presenting to leadership.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with eye towards building new processes and frameworks that enable efficiency and scalability. 

• Builder mentality, ability to build programs from the ground up and self-start with little direction.
