Senior FP&A, Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and curious financial professional to join our Strategic Finance team at Wellfit. This isn’t a traditional FP&A role. You’ll work side-by-side with our CFO and senior leadership to help steer the company through strategic initiatives, product launches, M&A, and much more. This is a unique opportunity to grow into a high-impact, cross-functional finance leader in a high-growth healthtech company.We want someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves digging into data, and knows how to translate insights into decisions that move the business forward. You’ll be mentored directly by the Head of Strategic Finance (who built this function from scratch), and collaborate across teams to deliver high-visibility work.
What You'll Actually Do:• Own and evolve the company’s financial models, forecasts, and Adaptive Planning framework• Conduct scenario analyses and build decision-making tools for product, GTM, and strategic initiatives• Drive product profitability analysis and partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to uncover opportunities• Create short, actionable memos that highlight KPIs, risks, and recommendations• Collaborate with the EDW team to build real-time dashboards in Power BI that help us operate smarter• Contribute to M&A diligence, integration plans, and cross-functional financial reporting• Support CRM data integrity and reporting that feeds into strategic decision-making• Take on internal “consulting” projects that span finance, product, and operations
Who We’re Looking For• Big 4 Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence (FDD)• Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company• Investment banking or consulting with exposure to M&A or operating models• FP&A roles with proven analytical horsepower and business fluency
You’ll succeed here if you:• Have 2–5+ years of relevant experience (CPA preferred for audit backgrounds)• Are analytical, curious, and thoughtful—with strong modeling and Excel chops• Communicate with clarity and confidence, especially with executives• Move fast, work hard, and love learning• Are collaborative, humble, and fun to work with (no egos—just energy)
