What You Will Do
As product owners of Walt Disney World Commercial Insights, we act as the primary lead for developing and facilitating analysis linked to Walt Disney World commercial drivers by consolidating insights of Guest behavior, industry trends, operational conditions and revenue generating tactics.

- Data Coders, Visualizers & Storytellers: Our team uses knowledge of visualization techniques to create compelling dashboards and intelligence tools to enable ease of interpretation of commercial performance metrics. This involves having the team code the backend processes to quickly access needed data and develop decks that synthesizes complex data into a compelling story.
You will also:

- Benchmark industry to provide new perspectives and fresh options to consider and test.
- Build compelling decks and presentations that can be used in senior executive forums.
- Groom a backlog of ongoing requests for data discovery and insight. This can include researching new ways to solve commercial questions using data and analysis.
- Lead a seasoned team providing day-to-day leadership support and motivation.
- Build diverse teams, seeking out ways to hire and retain top talent.
- Be willing to be flexible with changing business needs and adaptable with work requests.
