We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who’s ready to sprint ahead of their peers, someone who’s not afraid of responsibility, ownership, and big expectations.

📍 Location: Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

🔥 What you’ll be doing

• Create and Launch: Execute bold marketing campaigns across email, social, ads, and web — with real ownership, not just "supporting."

• Own Content: Write high-impact content that turns heads and drives action — from web pages to social storytelling.

• Master Growth: Learn and work on performance marketing, SEO, and automation with best-in-class guidance — and apply it fast.

• Hack for Impact: Experiment with creative, scrappy growth tactics — find smart shortcuts, bold moves, and unexpected ways to win attention and drive results.

• Analyze and Optimize: Get into the data. Understand what works, what doesn't, and how we scale smarter.

• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success — building the muscle of true cross-functional marketing.

• Bring Ideas to Life: No silent spectators here. You’ll pitch ideas, challenge assumptions, and help us grow faster and smarter.

Requirements

💡 What makes you a perfect match

• You’re a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.

• You think clearly, write crisply, and aren’t afraid to speak up when you have an idea.

• You’re proactive to your core — you take ownership and move fast.

• You’re hungry — for learning, for growth, for results.

• You have strong creative instincts — you spot what’s fresh and what’s boring, and you want to create the former.

• You’re resilient — you see feedback and fast changes as fuel, not obstacles.

• You’re organized and reliable — you know great marketing is 50% creativity, 50% discipline.

• You speak Dutch and English fluently (French and other EU languages would alsobe a plus)

🌟 Bonus points if you:

• Have launched something yourself (blog, social channel, side hustle, university project — anything that shows initiative).

• Have already had a very hands-on internship or other experience at a fast-growing company.

• Have basic exposure to marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, Canva/Figma, analytics).

• Love branding, storytelling, and building things that make people feel.
