OTTO’s opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Sales Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Specifically, the Sales Intern will:

• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and client calls
• Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to assess the company's position in the market
• Create GAP Matrix to identify new products and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
