Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition from Sales to the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department
- Accurately break down, scan, and process automotive retail finance deals
- Organize and store documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor and resolve funding delays by coordinating with lenders and internal teams
- Assist in preparing finance reports and other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and company procedures
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth finance operations
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in automotive finance or document processing is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
