Job Summary

As a Labor Relations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of labor relations and human resources. You will work closely with our experienced labor relations staff to learn about and contribute to various aspects of labor relations management.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in researching labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
•    Help in preparing documents for labor negotiations, grievance procedures, and arbitration hearings.
•    Participate in the development and implementation of labor policies.
•    Support the Labor Relations team in handling employee relations issues.
•    Attend and observe negotiation meetings and labor-management committees.
•    Assist in data collection and analysis related to labor trends, compensation, and benefits.
•    Engage in special projects and assignments related to labor relations.
 

Qualifications:

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, a related field, or a Juris Doctorate degree. 
•    Strong academic record.
•    Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Basic understanding of labor law and employee relations.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    A genuine interest in labor relations and human resources.
