ManTech is seeking a PT/OC (Part Time/ On-Call) ServiceNow Sr. Architect to support our operations in Norfolk, VA. Remote opportunity is available for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer and configure ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
  • Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.
  • Able to work in Agile teams comprising of a Business Analyst, Developers, Project Manager, and Clients .
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.
  • Daily Stand Ups with customers - Back Log refinement as needed - Work with Developers to review stories

Experience/Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of architecture experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Must have ITBM/ITSM experience. HRSD, CSM, and ITAM preferred.
  • Must have a strong background of ServiceNow development
  • Must have Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow within the DoD space
  • Able to work with accurately with a strong attention to detail
  • Must have experience of significant on-premise Service Now implementations
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow table structures and data model
  • Must have experience in the management of update sets
  • Must have experience with client scripts and business rules
  • Must have knowledge of User Interface actions and policies
  • Must have experience in ServiceNow System Administration

Security Clearance:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Security Clearance able to obtain

Certification Requirements:

    • SEC+ certification or equivalent (must obtain within 6 months)

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $119,000-$198,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
