Qualifications

• 2-3 years as an Experienced Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Ability to lead a team to high performance REQUIRED
• Focused on Customer Experience REQUIRED
• Skills with motivating a team to sell cars and achieve their goals REQUIRED
• Subaru brand experience preferred but not required

The estimated monthly earning range for this position is $10,000.00 to $15,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
