Welcome to Logistics and our Transport Team! Working in Logistics calls for precision, flexibility and above all teamwork, so it’s both enjoyable and stimulating. Our transport team is committed to take responsibility for the daily transport and distribution operations in 26 countries to serve about 350 stores, as well as e-commerce distribution in several countries. We are looking for a resourceful Delivery Control Superuser who wants to be a part of creating the best logistics place to be in Tilburg

Your responsibilities

The Delivery Control (DelCon) Superuser job comes with lots of responsibilities. Your to do-list includes (among others):

• A proactive and supportive role to drive follow-up of day-to-day transport operations with focus deliveries to stores,
  • Proactive outbound control in close cooperation with logistics super users, outbound departments, stores, and carriers,
  • Support and educate users, providing training and support in the DelCon system,
  • Reporting KPI’s, deviating’s, routes that need adjusting with stakeholders in DC and transport,
  • Proactive communication on any incidents, delays, or system errors to all stakeholders,
• Monitor H&M Track & Trace system integrations (GI) towards carrier systems.
• Daily Transport Management System (YMS) operations,
  • Support Operational Transport teams with truck bookings, as well as carrier follow-up,
  • Follow up on DC emballage (packing units) levels,
  • Support financial controlling team with invoices,
• Ensure a qualitative communication and follow-up with the sales organization/stores, the logistics organization, the stakeholders and with carriers/forwarders,
• Ensure interaction and teamwork across H&M business functions in order to improve and develop the best possible delivery solutions,
• Keep always H&M values and vision.

• Knowledge of retail business is a plus

• Open-mindedness, clear and convincing communication with helicopter ability
• Good organizational skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Fluency in English is a requirement
